DataRoot Labs is hiring! As a Technical Recruiter, you are an empath, hunter, and relationship builder. You are a great professional who can find a balance between volume and quality. You are not afraid to take responsibility and new challenges. At DataRoot Labs, you will develop hiring strategies, close complex technical roles for Data Science & Data Engineering projects, and stay tuned about the latest industry trends.


What You Will Do Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to assess their talent requirements and advise on the best hiring strategy. Create job descriptions and post them across the various job portals and social networks.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting processes, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Work with complex technical positions from Data Science & Data Engineering field. Recruit for other non-technical areas within the company when needed.
  • Conduct initial Onboarding for newcomers.
  • Manage internal ATS and HR systems. Create clear reports.
  • Constantly monitor market and recruitment trends.
  • Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives as needed.

What You Should Bring
Must-have
  • 2+ years of technical recruiting experience including full life cycle.
  • Skills in candidate search and selections (X-Ray, LinkedIn, social networks, etc).
  • Great written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Demonstrated track record of excellence in sourcing and assessing technical talent.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High independence and ability to take ownership over the process.
  • Proven relationship management experience with hiring teams and business partners, helping them navigate the sources of talent and assisting them with the assessment.
  • A genuine interest in technology as shown by continuous learning throughout your career.
Nice-to-have
  • Previous experience hiring for startups.
  • Understanding of the Data Science field.
  • Technical education.
