DataRoot Labs is looking for a Technical Writer! In this role, you will be working in the team of the top Israeli Data Startup of 2019. It is a cutting-edge Data Engineering platform that orchestrates ML creation and data processing within organizations and provides visibility to data scientists and engineers involved in the process. The platform streamlines the integration, productization, and testing of ML pipelines, thus enabling the different stakeholders to work together on ML projects in an efficient and frictionless way.
— Create, maintain and update technical documentation including a description of platform architecture, infrastructure, DB schemas, algorithms, etc.
— Develop a deep understanding of the product; ensure all technical documentation is kept updated.
— Collaborate with engineers and domain experts to optimize and maintain internal and external content for usability and accessibility, while maintaining a high bar for quality.
— Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
— 3+ years of experience as an engineer or technical writer working with startup-level software development.
— Demonstrated capability for understanding and communicating complex subjects.
— Ability to work independently as well as part of the team.
— Experience in the API documentation.
— Perfect written and spoken English.
— Working experience in data related projects.
— Work experience with open source documentation.
— Basic Python knowledge.
— Prior marketing and writing blog posts experience.
— BS/MS in Computer Science or a related technical field.
