At DataRoot Labs, you will develop hiring strategies, close complex technical roles for Data Science & Data Engineering projects, and stay tuned about the latest industry trends.

• Partner with hiring managers to assess their talent requirements and advise on the best hiring strategy. Create job descriptions and post them across the various job portals and social networks.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting processes, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Work with complex technical positions from Data Science & Data Engineering field. Recruit for other non-technical areas within the company when needed.
• Conduct initial Onboarding for newcomers.
• Manage internal ATS and HR systems. Create clear reports.
• Constantly monitor market and recruitment trends.
• Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives as needed.
