What You Will Do Responsibilities
- Advanced and predictive analytics
- Machine Learning and Deep Learning models selection, development, evaluation, and tuning.
- Probabilistic modeling
- Feature selection and engineering
- Time series forecasting - patient state change trend
- NLP - nurse notes summarization
What You Should Bring
Must-have
- Python, GBDT, PyTorch / TensorFlow, NLTK, Sequence models
- Tools: Jupyter Notebook or PyCharm
- Tabular data mostly, some time series (patient state change trend) and NLP (nurse notes summarization)
- AWS stack:
- VPC, Redshift, RDS - read data
- Lambda, S3, EC2 / Fargate / SageMaker - operationalize the solution
- SQS - message exchange
- Docker
